• Goodbye, Daddy, Until We Meet Again

    My dear father
    Passed away today
    I am heartbroken
    In every single way

    He was a loving Daddy
    And a brilliant man
    He was gifted in mathematics
    He always followed God’s plan

He died this morning at 6:40AM
With a smile on his face
    He was touched
    By God’sovereign grace

I know for those in Christ
    Death is merely the entrance
    Into an eternity with Christ
    In a heavenly expanse

    We will be reunited
    On that happy day
    When we’re all together
    And have much to say

    I am thankful to God
    For giving us, Daddy
    He was an amazing father
    He loved his country

Daddy was a man of God
    He taught us about Jesus
    Bought me my first Bible
And shared the Gospel, most precious

    For many years, we chatted
    With Daddy every day
How I long to hear his voice again
    For now, we shall pray

I have shed many tears today
But we mourn not like the lost
    We have a blessed hope
We’ll persevere no matter the cost

    My dear, precious Daddy
Now that you’re gone, life is much poorer
But I will never forget you
You are praising Jesus, and I’m now a mourner

  • A Pre-Tribulation Rapture of the Church is Biblical

The Rapture will occur just before the Antichrist reveals himself! The Church will be raptured to be with Christ.

The Antichrist’s first act will be the destruction of America. China and Russia will nuke America.

We, the Bride of Christ, shall not suffer God’s wrath!

A Pre-Tribulational Rapture from a Revised Dispensational viewpoint is grounded in a literal interpretation of biblical prophecy and a distinction between Israel and the Church. Here’s how the argument unfolds:

    1. The Church Age as a Parenthesis – Revised Dispensationalism holds that the Church Age is a temporary interruption in God’s prophetic timeline for Israel. The prophetic clock paused after Christ’s first coming and will resume after the Rapture, leading into the Tribulation.
    2. The Doctrine of Imminence – The New Testament repeatedly emphasizes that Christ’s return for His Church is imminent (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, 1 Corinthians 15:51-54). This suggests a sudden, unpredictable event rather than one preceded by the Tribulation.
    3. The Removal of the Restrainer – 2 Thessalonians 2:6-7 speaks of a “restrainer” preventing the rise of the Antichrist. Many Revised Dispensationalists argue that this refers to the Holy Spirit working through the Church. Once the Church is raptured, the restraining influence is removed, allowing the Tribulation to unfold.
    4. The Distinction Between Israel and the Church – Unlike Covenant Theology, which sees the Church as a continuation of Israel, Revised Dispensationalism maintains a clear separation. The Tribulation is primarily about Israel’s purification and preparation for the Millennial Kingdom (Daniel 9:24-27), not the Church.
    5. The Promise of Deliverance – Revelation 3:10 states that believers will be kept “from the hour of trial that is coming upon the whole world.” This suggests a removal rather than mere protection during the Tribulation.
    6. The Marriage Supper of the Lamb – Revelation 19 describes the Church celebrating the Marriage Supper of the Lamb in heaven before Christ’s Second Coming. This implies that believers are already with Christ before He returns to establish His kingdom. [1]

Here are some key biblical passages that support a Pre-Tribulational Rapture from a Revised Dispensational perspective:

    1. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 – Describes believers being “caught up” to meet Christ in the air, emphasizing a sudden and distinct event before judgment.
    2. Revelation 3:10 – Jesus promises to keep believers “from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world,” suggesting removal rather than endurance.
    3. John 14:2-3 – Christ assures His followers that He will prepare a place for them and return to take them to be with Him, implying a heavenly gathering before His Second Coming.
    4. 2 Thessalonians 2:6-7 – Speaks of the “restrainer” being removed before the Antichrist is revealed, often interpreted as the Holy Spirit working through the Church.
    5. 1 Corinthians 15:51-52 – Paul describes the transformation of believers “in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye,” reinforcing the sudden nature of the Rapture.
    6. Romans 8:1 – Declares that believers are not appointed to wrath, aligning with the idea that the Church will be spared from the Tribulation.
    7. 1 Peter 5:10 – Offers assurance that after suffering for a little while, believers will be restored, which some interpret as a reference to the Rapture preceding the Tribulation.

  • The Lord’s Supper: Spiritual or Material Food

The Catholic and Orthodox churches affirm that the Lord’s Supper (communion) contains the Body and Blood of Christ (Real Presence). This is a material presence. They base this on the discourse between Christ and the Apostles in John chapter 6.

I assert that the Real Presence is true. But it must be understood to be spiritual food, not carnal.

“And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, ‘This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.’ In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, ‘This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you’” (Luke 22:19-20).

Catholics formalized the mechanism of communion during the Council of Trent (16th century). The Orthodox never formalized the mechanism. They leave it as a mystery.

The Lord’s Supper: A Spiritual Feast in Reformed Theology
The Lord’s Supper, or Communion, holds a central place in Reformed theology as a means of grace, a spiritual nourishment for believers rather than a mere material consumption. Unlike the Roman Catholic doctrine of transubstantiation, which asserts that the bread and wine become the literal body and blood of Christ, the Reformed tradition emphasizes the spiritual presence of Christ in the Supper. This perspective is deeply rooted in the teachings of John Calvin, the Puritans, and other Reformed theologians who saw the sacrament as a means by which believers are spiritually fed and strengthened in their union with Christ.

The Spiritual Nature of the Lord’s Supper
Reformed theology maintains that the Lord’s Supper is not a physical transformation of the elements but a spiritual participation in Christ. John Calvin, in his Institutes of the Christian Religion, wrote:
“The sacred mystery of the Supper consists in the spiritual communion which we have in Christ’s body and blood.”

Calvin rejected both transubstantiation and the Lutheran view of consubstantiation, arguing instead that believers partake of Christ spiritually through faith. He emphasized that Christ remains in heaven, yet through the power of the Holy Spirit, believers are lifted up to commune with Him.
Similarly, the Westminster Confession of Faith states:
“Worthy receivers, outwardly partaking of the visible elements in this sacrament, do then also inwardly by faith, really and indeed, yet not carnally and corporally, but spiritually, receive and feed upon Christ crucified.”

This confession underscores the Reformed belief that the Supper is a spiritual feeding, not a physical one.

The Lord’s Supper as Spiritual Nourishment
The Puritans also emphasized the Supper as a means of spiritual nourishment. Stephen Charnock, a prominent Puritan theologian, wrote:
“Christ is really presented to us, and faith really takes him, closes with him, lodgeth him in the soul, makes him an indweller; and the soul hath spiritual communion with him in his life and death, as if we did really eat his flesh and drink his blood presented to us in the elements.”

This view aligns with the biblical teaching that Christ is the bread of life (John 6:35), meaning that believers are sustained by Him spiritually rather than physically. The Supper serves as a reminder and assurance of God’s covenant promises, strengthening the faith of those who partake in it.

The Role of Faith in Communion
Faith is the key to receiving the benefits of the Lord’s Supper. The Puritan John Knox emphasized that the Supper is not merely a ritual but a spiritual encounter with Christ:

“Christ, in setting forth bread and wine to eat and drink, confirmeth and sealeth up to us his promise and communion…and giveth unto us himself, to be received with faith, and not with mouth.”

This statement highlights the necessity of faith in partaking of the Supper. Without faith, the elements remain ordinary bread and wine, but with faith, they become a means of spiritual communion with Christ.

Some Quotes from Reformed Theologians on the Lord’s Supper

    • John Calvin:
“The Supper is a spiritual banquet, in which Christ attests that He is the life-giving bread, upon which our souls feed unto true and blessed immortality.”
    • J.I. Packer:
“The Supper is rightly viewed as a means of grace. The efficacy of the sacraments resides not in the faith or virtue of the minister but in the faithfulness of God.”
    • John Knox:
“Christ, in setting forth bread and wine to eat and drink, confirmeth and sealeth up to us his promise and communion…and giveth unto us himself, to be received with faith, and not with mouth.”
    • Stephen Charnock:
“Christ is really presented to us, and faith really takes him, closes with him, lodgeth him in the soul, makes him an indweller; and the soul hath spiritual communion with him in his life and death, as if we did really eat his flesh and drink his blood presented to us in the elements.”
    • John Piper:
“The purpose of the Lord’s Supper is to receive from Christ the nourishment and strength and hope and joy that come from feasting our souls on all that He purchased for us on the cross, especially His own fellowship.”
These quotes highlight the Reformed emphasis on the spiritual nature of the Supper, where believers commune with Christ by faith rather than through a physical transformation of the elements. Would you like me to explore any of these perspectives further?

The Lord’s Supper holds profound theological significance in Reformed theology as a means of grace, a spiritual communion with Christ, and a covenantal sign and seal of the believer’s union with Him. Unlike Roman Catholic and Lutheran views, which emphasize a physical presence of Christ in the elements, Reformed theology teaches that Christ is spiritually present in the Supper, nourishing believers through faith.

    1. The Lord’s Supper as a Means of Grace
Reformed theology views the Supper as a means of grace, strengthening believers in their faith. The Westminster Confession of Faith states:
“Worthy receivers, outwardly partaking of the visible elements in this sacrament, do then also inwardly by faith, really and indeed, yet not carnally and corporally, but spiritually, receive and feed upon Christ crucified.”

This means that while the bread and wine remain physically unchanged, believers spiritually partake of Christ’s body and blood through faith.

    1. The Spiritual Presence of Christ
John Calvin emphasized that Christ is not physically present in the elements but is spiritually present through the Holy Spirit. He wrote:
“The sacred mystery of the Supper consists in the spiritual communion which we have in Christ’s body and blood.”

This view, known as pneumatic presence, teaches that believers are lifted up by the Spirit to commune with Christ, who remains in heaven.

    1. The Lord’s Supper as a Covenant Renewal
The Supper is also a covenantal sign and seal, reaffirming God’s promises to His people. The Belgic Confession states:
“We receive by faith the proper and natural body and the proper blood of Christ, as He Himself has appointed us.”

By partaking in the Supper, believers renew their commitment to Christ and receive assurance of their salvation.

    1. The Role of Faith in Communion
Faith is essential in receiving the benefits of the Supper. The Puritan John Knox wrote:
“Christ giveth unto us himself, to be received with faith, and not with mouth.”

Without faith, the Supper remains a mere ritual, but with faith, it becomes a spiritual feast that strengthens the believer’s union with Christ.

The Reformed understanding of the Lord’s Supper is deeply rooted in Scripture and theological tradition. It is not a material transformation but a spiritual feast, where believers are nourished by Christ through faith. The Supper strengthens the believer’s union with Christ, assures them of God’s promises, and deepens their spiritual life. As Calvin, the Puritans, and the Westminster Confession affirm, the Lord’s Supper is a sacred means of grace, pointing beyond the physical elements to the spiritual reality of communion with Christ.

In Reformed theology, the Lord’s Supper is not a mere memorial nor a physical transformation, but a spiritual communion with Christ. It nourishes believers, strengthens their faith, and assures them of God’s covenant promises. Through the Supper, Christians are reminded of Christ’s sacrifice and are spiritually fed by His presence.

  • Why I Am A Theonomist (1000th Post)

I am a, R.J. Rushdoony/Greg Bahnsen type, Christian Reconstructionist. If one is truly an adherent of Sola Scriptura, then it is axiomatic that one will embrace theonomy.

The basis of America’s laws rests on the anti-God so-called Enlightenment. God’s Law shall rule men, not secular humanism, not humanism of any type. The only God-honoring form of government is a theocracy. America has adopted an utterly poisonous epistemology which has resulted in a degenerate anti-Christ pagan society.

Rushdoony’s ideas have been adopted by many, either in whole or part, who fail to acknowledge him.

Also it should be noted that Rushdoony was not a Kinist. He was not a racist. He married an interracial couple. Here’s an article by Rushdoony’s son Mark. He makes it clear that his father was no racist, nor was he a Kinist. Please read the post here.

The West has been so degraded and hyper-sensitive/woke when it comes to racial matters. Say anything that is not in lock step with the self-proclaimed racial gatekeepers and one may find themselves out of a job, expelled from school, or in some countries even heavily fined and incarcerated in prison. Yet ironically, those woke people, especially people of color, are allowed to publicly proclaim the most virulent and atrocious racism, directed at white people. Some of these woke cabal even go so far as to assert that:

    • Whites can’t be discriminated against. This gives the woke carte blanche to attack us in the most heinous ways.
    • All white people are racist.
    • There is widespread systemic racism against blacks in America.

None of these 3 points are true. Racism has been redefined that if one challenges ANYTHING that the woke gatekeepers say race is, the non-woke will be found guilty of racism.

  • Chosen By God

    Man received a sinful nature
    In the Fall
    He is saved through
    The effectual call

    Without Christ
    Every man would perish
    In their sins, they endure
    An afterlife hellish

    The Son of God
    Christ came to earth
    His atonement would give
    Man, a second birth

We must be born from above
We are, by God, chosen in full
    It’s sovereign grace – irresistible
    Transforming our broken soul

    The natural man
Has no will to choose Christ
Such a man has a heart of stone
We’re quickened by the Heilige Geist

    I traveled
    To Avalon
    The mists
    Welcomed me
    I found

  • Christian Reconstructionism: Theonomy Considered

    How should
    Society be ruled
    By God’s Law
    Or those well-schooled

    Man’s vanity and pride
    Makes for degeneracy
    We need to codify
    God’s Law in perpetuity

    Shall the Satanic Enlightenment
    Shape our destiny
    I say no way
What we need is a theocracy

    Laws predicated on man’s intellect
    Have many a defect
We need the full counsel of God
A society based on God’s immutable Law is perfect

    Man’s foolishness and limitations
Shouldn’t be enshrined into law, you see
    God’s laws are infinitely superior
    We need a theonomy

The folly of man is endless
We need a standard for our laws
That is absolute in every way
Scripture is key; it has no flaws

    I support Christian reconstructionism
It is an outworking of thought
From people like Van Til, Bahnsen, and Rushdoony
Compared to God, all of man’s intelligence is naught

    Theonomy will address
    Every single aspect of life
Our laws will be based on God’s Word
No longer will we have widespread strife

The nuclear holocaust of the USA
    Shall soon arrive
    We have hell to pay
    Escape now and you’ll thrive

The ICBMs will fall like rain
    Annihilating America instantly
    This is my sad refrain
America shall pay for its villainy

Since the passage of Roe v. Wade
Over 65 million babies have been murdered
    The price must be paid
The babies’ cries for justice shall be answered

Harken to me, time is running out henceforth
Leave America now before it’s too late
    Head for Canada up north

  • Armageddon (Megiddo): The Final Battle

The Antichrist and his assembled army will attack Israel and just as it seems all of Israel will be destroyed, Christ will appear on Earth – His Second Coming. The Satanic horde will be annihilate.

And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. (Revelation 19:11-16)

Christ will speak; He is so powerful that His mere words shall destroy millions of the wicked members of the Antichrist’s army. The blood of the wicked shall flow like a mighty river.

This is the ultimate act of justice on a cosmic scale. If this doesn’t get you fired up and excited, then you need to check yourself.

This vivid imagery comes from Revelation 19:11-16, where Jesus is depicted as a warrior-king riding a white horse, leading the armies of heaven. His eyes blaze like fire, and He wears many crowns, signifying His supreme authority. His robe is dipped in blood, and His name is The Word of God.

The sword from His mouth symbolizes His power to judge and strike down the nations. He treads the winepress of God’s wrath, a reference to divine judgment. Some interpretations connect this to Isaiah 63:1-6, where the Lord’s garments are stained with the blood of His enemies.

The river of blood imagery is often linked to Revelation 14:20, where blood flows as high as a horse’s bridle for 1,600 stadia—a staggering depiction of judgment. This scene underscores the final reckoning, where Christ triumphs over evil!

ALL PRAISES TO THE LION OF JUDAH!

Jesus came as the humble Lamb of God in His first advent. But now the world shall see the fierce and formidable Lion of Judah! GLORY TO GOD! PRAISE JESUS CHRIST, THE KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS!
