I will fight
The blight
With all my might

I will rage
Against the Satanic sage
While I defeat the mage

I will fly
Up in the sky
On the sweet by and by

I travel at warp speed
Exploration I need
From sin I was freed

I destroyed the Saracens fast
Thanks to many a nuclear blast
Their evil is now in the past

I run the race of salvation
One needs a spiritual education
I am filled with elation

I like to laugh
I walk with a staff
God separates the wheat from the chaff

Jesus is Lord of Lords
And King of Kings
It is redemption for man
That Christ brings

He was immaculate
Free from all sin
This enabled Christ to be
A perfect propitiation

At Calvary
Jesus atoned for our sin
He was blameless
He died from crucifixion

On the third day
Christ rose from the dead
He defeated sin and death
We’re saved by the blood He shed

Christ came to save man
Out of a deep love
When a man is regenerated
He is born from above

The giant bird
Soars high in flight
I keenly watch it
Until it’s out of sight

The eagle flies
High above the ground
I don’t hear
A sound

It spots a rabbit
With its sharp vision
To feed the eagle’s chicks
It’s on a mission

With its razor-sharp talons
And a formidable beak
This eagle is a master hunter
It’s prey it does seek

The mighty eagle
Has a wingspan of eight feet
He’s always hunting
For a tasty treat

I am out of touch
With reality
I confuse fact
With fantasy

My delusions
Are strong
My brain chemistry
Is often wrong

I am in
A deep melancholy
I have no motivation
I don’t feel jolly

I suffer
From delusions
I hear voices
I have hallucinations

I take medication
Every single day
I try to avoid stress
I keep the demons at bay

I am tired
Beyond belief
I need some relief

I am exhausted
Every single day
I am full of dismay

I am fatigued
Chronically
I need energy

I have lethargy
I lack motivation
I have major depression

I lie in bed
Like a beached whale
This is my sad tale

I am morose
And lackadaisical
I need a pharmaceutical

I suffer
From insomnia
And also mania

My dear Daddy
Is deceased, you see
Now he’s with Christ for eternity

Daddy had faith in Christ alone
He was a true believer
He fought Satan, the great deceiver

The pain of his loss
Is still raw
My mind needs to thaw

The hurt in me
Runs very deep
I often weep

During his last few months
He couldn’t use his hands at all
Every day I took his call

I cherish
The good memories of Daddy
I am suffering badly

One day I know
We shall be reunited
It gets me very excited

I love you, Daddy
You finished the race well
In heaven you dwell

I howl
At the moon
Winter is
Coming soon

I am the leader
Of my pack
I’ll fight if
We’re under an attack

We hunt deer
In the snow
We circle them
Staying down low

We spotted an elk
During daylight
We took it down
With all our might

The pack and I drank
From a nearby stream
I enforced discipline
On my team

Jesus was the spotless Lamb
He died for all my sin
He was a perfect propitiation

All my sins were forgiven:
Future, present, and past
My salvation will always last

Thank God
For His sovereign grace
It alone can redeem the human race

At Calvary, Jesus bore
God’s full wrath
We must walk the narrow path

All of Christ’s blood
Was shed for you and me
In Him we are truly free

On the third day
Jesus rose from the grave
I am His slave

The precious gospel
We must proclaim far and near
Let every man lend us his ear

Sincerely repent
And believe the gospel
God’s children are special

My big sister Vi
Is very sweet
She can’t be beat

She is so kind
Vi keeps our home clean
She is a cleaning machine

She makes me a cup of coffee
Every single day
She does it without a delay

Vi likes to sleep
She hugs her fur babies
They don’t have rabies

She is a gourmet cook
I love to eat her cuisine
It makes me lean

Vi loves to make art
And poetry too
She makes many, not a few

I love chatting with her
We discuss many things
Happiness she brings

Vi and I share a lot
We love and cry together
We’re always there for each other

Worthy is the Lamb
That was slain
Christ endured immense
Suffering and pain

Born to the Virgin Mary
A pious Jewish teen
Her son Jesus
She did wean

He is the eternal
Logos you see
He died for
You and me

Christ’s blood
At Calvary, He shed
He resurrected
From the dead

Jesus’ reconciled
God and man
His atonement
Was the plan

By His stripes
We are healed of all sin
Christ was our
Propitiation

I have the Holy Spirit
In my heart
He is with me always
He will never depart
