With extraordinary powers I am replete
With ease, I can conquer any feat

I travel the physical universe easily
By employing a phased mind warp specifically

I have mastered telekinesis, in fact you see
Moving objects with my mind is trivial for me

I can visit anywhere in spacetime

Above me, a black raven caws
Creation by God can be deduced from the natural laws

When outside I like to walk slow
To savor the surroundings don’t ya know

I travel through time ad lib
This is not a fib

I can bilocate at will
I’ve taken many a pill

I battle mental illness every single day
I want total healing today

My magisterium is without any error at all
My interpretation of Scripture is infallible, it’s so incredible

Come sit at my feet and learn
I am the ultimate Reformer, the best of my generation

I am a United States marshal
I catch desperados
With a Colt pistol, I am lethal

I have traveled dusty terrain
My trusted steed took me
Through dirt, snow and rain

Moving across the plains
We visited the Grand Canyon
Heading home, we saw steam trains

We followed a long path
It was very hot in the sun
I kept riding, couldn’t take a bath

A vulture circled above
I trusted in God
And I felt His love

In Yuma we caught a wanted man
His freedom was now bereft
I collected the reward and a tan

I eat bacon and beans
Life is hard, but I trust in Jesus
To catch criminals, I have the means

How I long for the halcyon days of my youth
I was well-behaved and never uncooth

Summers were the best; my sisters and I were reborn
We had snow cones, rope licorice, and popcorn

During winter the world became a magical place
After playing outside in the snow, I had a rosy face

We built snowmen, snow angels, and rode sleds
Exhausted, we soon went to sleep in our beds

Spring was a time of renewal and life, I said
We celebrated Easter, Christ rose from the dead

In autumn we jumped in piles of leaves and ate pumpkin pie
I loved walking in the cold rain and an overcast sky

My youth has departed, but I still have the memories
I cherish them, and I long to visit different seas

My powers grow by the day
I want it all without delay

Jesus anointed me
As a high priest, you see

He ordained me as a pastor
Without Jesus, life is a disaster

I am God’s visionary
He shows me future events clearly

I am an exalted being
Chosen by God, the truth I’m seeing

I can travel through time
The journeys are sublime

My status is elite
I can’t be beat

Searching for my worth

I climb mountains high
I get along on the sweet by and by

No longer am I enslaved by vice
Jesus paid the price

Now I am God’s child
No longer am I defiled

Jesus was the spotless Lamb
Free of all sin, He is the I AM

To the virgin Mary He was born
It happened on a cold morn

Those redeemed are God’s children
Because Jesus fulfilled His mission

We received God’s irresistible grace
It touches a minority of the human race

The effectual calling is key
We respond to the Gospel completely

The Holy Spirit regenerates us, you see
In Christ we are a new creation totally

The nukes fell
Like cherry blossoms
In springtime
A great number
Of missiles
Filled the sky
They rained down
Mercilessly
On US cities
The Earth began
A nuclear winter
The US was now
A radioactive
Wasteland
A remnant had fled
To the Arctic
Before the nukes fell
Everyone else perished
All is destroyed
And lost
In the nuclear
Holocaust

I am no longer
Captive by sin
Thanks to
Christ’s propitiation

When we are regenerated
The Holy Spirit indwells us
Spiritually we go from
Minus to plus

The natural man
Is spiritually dead
But God has chosen the elect
To be His children instead

We receive the effectual call
We are saved by God’s grace alone
Through faith alone you see
Because for us Christ did atone

Carry your cross every day
God sanctifies us every hour
Do good works
And perform them in God’s power

I walk
Through
The night
The air
Is cold
Snow
Is falling
The ground
Dazzles
Like millions
Of diamonds
I will
Fight
The blight
Demons
Attack me
I shout
“The Lord
Rebuke you”
They shriek
Then fly away
Going further
I cross
A small
Stone bridge
An old man
Is ice fishing
In the frozen
River
He tells me
That we must
Be fishers
Of men
I carry
A heavy burden
My severe
Mental illness
I put on
The mind
Of Christ
One day
I will be free
Of all maladies
My mind shall
Be whole
I thank
The Holy Spirit
For His role

I refuse to fly
Death awaits in the sky

I will travel by boat
I hope it will stay afloat

Automobiles are deadly; thousands die every year
Being in a car fills me with fear

I can’t walk very much due to spinal stenosis
It’s a tragic prognosis

I could take the train
But it would drive me insane

Riding a bike is too dangerous, you see
I’m fatigued and have no energy

I refuse to ride in a bus
The thought of it makes me want to cuss

Helicopters are very much a way to destruction
I made a sound deduction
