  • Born From Above

    I walk a lonely path
    The chosen are few
    Many of the unsaved
    Sit in a church pew

    At Calvary Christ bled
    His blood washes away our sin
    He was a sinless
    Propitiation

    The damned are many
    The saved are from every nation
    They receive
    Spiritual emancipation

    The greatest miracle
    Is when man is born again
    We are born from above
    Salvation we attain

    Regeneration precedes faith
    This doctrine is true
    Thanks to God’s sovereign grace
    All sin we now eschew

    We’re saved by grace alone
    Through faith alone you see
    We must trust in Christ
    Completely

    Believers shall be raptured
    We shall meet Christ in the sky
    It is our blessed hope
    He will be seen by every eye

  • The True Gospel

    Christ came
    To Earth
    So man could have
    A second birth

    From all sin
    He set man free
    No longer does it
    Have hegemony

    At Calvary
    Jesus’ blood was shed
    The Church and He
    Shall someday wed

    Jesus was
    The Lamb so spotless
    He was sacrificed
    For our sins so monstrous

    Jesus is the Messiah
    He suffered for mankind
    Repent and trust in Him alone
    Then salvation you will find

    On the third day in the tomb
    Christ rose victoriously
    He defeated death, sin, and Satan
    For man, His love was shown profoundly

    When we are born again
    The Holy Spirit indwells us
    Spiritually we go
    From minus to plus

    Penal substitutionary atonement
    Is the Gospel for man, you see
    Jesus received all our sins
    His righteousness we get perfectly

  • I Alone Am God’s Visionary

    I’m floating
    In the sky
    I don’t know why

    Many psychiatric
    Drugs I do take
    They are first-rate

    I have traveled
    The Milky Way galaxy
    Going superluminally

    I visited black holes
    And quasars deep in space
    I stand alone in the human race

    My formidable powers
    Grow by the day
    I follow the Way

    I can travel
    Through time
    The feeling is sublime

    The Holy Spirit
    Regenerated me
    In Christ I’m truly free

    I can read people’s minds
    And I have telekinesis
    I avoid eisegesis

    I study the Bible like a Berean
    I avoided the sanitarium
    For me there was no asylum

    I am a remote viewer
    I can project my mind
    To any place I need to find

    I explore the universe
    By employing a phased mind warp
    It takes great focus to stop

    I have an outstanding hermeneutic; I examine
    The context and analyze the fundamental
    The historical, cultural, and grammatical

    My hermeneutic preserves authorial intent
    We utilize what a literal hermeneutic signifies
    Unless context clearly suggests otherwise

    I love exegeting Scripture
    The Holy Spirit has led me into all truth
    I now possess an infallible magisterium, forsooth

    My church, that I founded, is
    Reformed, Dispensational, and Baptist
    We worship God in earnest

    Intense
    Mental pain
    My mind
    Is a raging
    Maelstrom
    Disociative
    Events
    Disturb me
    The line
    Between
    Fact or fiction
    Blurs
    My mind
    Is fractured
    I hallucinate
    Both audibly
    And visually
    I have
    Strange
    Delusions
    I am
    Schizophrenic
    And suffer from
    Major depression
    I also have
    An anxiety
    Disorder
    I am insane
    I cry out
    Jesus hears me
    He gives me
    Comfort and hope
    I know when
    I stand
    Before Him
    My mind
    Shall be
    Healthy
    And whole

  • Atonement and Election

    God loves
    His children
    Those who are
    In Christ
    The unbelievers
    Receive His wrath
    According
    To Scripture
    The natural man
    Is Satan’s child
    You either serve
    God or Satan
    I’m a slave
    Of Christ
    In this way
    I receive
    True freedom
    The Image of God
    Was lost
    In the Fall of man
    It is restored
    When a person
    Is regenerated
    Being born again
    The natural man
    Does not have
    The Image of God
    Jesus died
    For the Elect
    He didn’t suffer
    And atone for
    Man’s sins
    For every person
    He died only for
    The predestined
    Number of the Elect
    The incarnation
    Revealed God’s love
    For mankind
    His propitiation
    At Calvary
    And the washing
    Of all the
    Elect’s sins
    In Christ’s blood
    Demonstrated
    His profound
    And immeasurable
    Love for us
    If you are not
    Born again
    You still have
    A chance
    Tomorrow is
    Not guaranteed
    Repent today
    Believe the Gospel
    And trust in
    Christ alone
    This is the
    Greatest miracle

  • Putting On the Mind of Christ

    Christ came
    To Earth
    To give the sons of man
    A second birth

    I suffer from
    Severe mental illness
    I listen to the Lord
    In stillness

    My mental health
    Does not define me
    I know that in Christ
    I am truly free

    I deal with
    Highs and lows
    My mental anguish
    Only God knows

    In Christ I am
    A new creation
    This is cause for
    Much elation

    I battle sin
    Every single day
    My sanctification
    Is well underway

    I take medication
    For my brain chemistry
    I try to get good sleep
    And eat healthy

    I have the mind of Jesus
    I walk by faith, not sight
    Living for Him
    Is always right

  • The Way

    The dark will be exposed
    By the light
    May God alone
    Cause you fright

    Don’t fear men, fear the One
    Who could send your soul to Hell
    For the Elect, the Son of God makes
    All things known; it is Adam who fell

    At Calvary on Good Friday
    For us Christ bled
    His resurrection
    Saved the spiritually dead

    Live in Christ
    Put on His Mind
    We receive His righteousness
    There is no other Savior we can find

    Mankind exists to glorify God
    Our federal head, Adam, fell into sin
    Every person, besides Jesus, is tainted
    We are saved by His propitiation

    We must live for Jesus
    In Christ we are truly free
    God sanctifies us
    No longer shall we sin carefree

    Christ is returning
    To Rapture the Church
    Those who are not believers
    Will be left in the lurch

  • Christ the Lord

    Christ was incarnated
    On a cold winter night
    To Mary the virgin He was born
    He would become the world’s Light

    He is fully man
    And fully divine
    Jesus is Jesse’s root
    We are the branches, He is the vine

    Jesus wrought many miracles
    Casting out demons, raising the dead
    Healing those who are
    Sick in the head

    Jesus was sentenced to death

    He was afraid of
    A Jewish riot

    At Calvary, Christ was
    The perfect sacrifice
    For His garments
    Roman soldiers played dice

    He died for the Elect
    They are depraved mankind
    But they were chosen by God
    In Christ, salvation you’ll find

    So spread the glorious Gospel
    Wherever you may go
    Use every means possible
    Even when you have snow

  • Innocence Lost: Christological and Epistemological Analysis

    When childhood innocence is lost
    The price is a terrible cost

    As we grow, we acquire knowledge of the evil that men do
    This darkness I try to eschew

    Adam and Eve were innocent before the Fall
    Now man knows good and evil, and he is fallible

    Christ was beaten, mocked, rejected, scourged, and nailed to a cross at Calvary
    Jesus paid in blood the price for our salvation that sets man free

    Every single sin, past, present, or future, was forgiven by God as Jesus bled
    We can have assurance of our salvation; now on righteousness we are fed

    Christ willingly endured it for us, you see
    Christ did it for mankind; they were in total depravity

    Man’s only hope is God’s sovereign grace
    Nothing else can redeem the human race

    How I long for those halcyon and carefree days of my youth
    How heavy a burden it was, when I acquired the truth

    Man must repent, believe the Gospel, and trust in Christ alone
    Regeneration happens first, then we receive saving faith since Jesus did atone

    The Gospel of Jesus Christ is so precious, it is the greatest miracle of all time
    The heavenly hosts celebrate for every soul that is saved; this is sublime

  • Christ: The Lamb of God

    Jesus came to Earth
    As the Lamb of God
    He is the living
    Word of God
    Jesus condescended
    In the Incarnation
    Mary gave birth
    To Him
    She was a virgin
    The Holy Spirit
    Had overshadowed her
    He lived as fully human
    And fully divine
    He was without sin
    At Calvary
    Jesus paid
    The ultimate price
    He atoned for our sins
    Every single sin
    We ever commit
    Christ washed us clean
    In His Blood
    The old covenant
    Was gone
    As believers
    We partake
    In the new covenant
    God’s wrath fell
    On Christ
    As He hung on the cross
    He was buried
    On the third day
    He resurrected
    Jesus defeated
    Satan, death, and sin
    He was our perfect
    Propitiation
    Jesus ascended
    To Heaven
    He is seated
    By God the Father
    He will return
    To rapture
    The saints
