Jesus came to Earth
As the Lamb of God
He is the living
Word of God
Jesus condescended
In the Incarnation
Mary gave birth
To Him
She was a virgin
The Holy Spirit
Had overshadowed her
He lived as fully human
And fully divine
He was without sin
At Calvary
Jesus paid
The ultimate price
He atoned for our sins
Every single sin
We ever commit
Christ washed us clean
In His Blood
The old covenant
Was gone
As believers
We partake
In the new covenant
God’s wrath fell
On Christ
As He hung on the cross
He was buried
On the third day
He resurrected
Jesus defeated
Satan, death, and sin
He was our perfect
Propitiation
Jesus ascended
To Heaven
He is seated
By God the Father
He will return
To rapture
The saints
