Bear

A grizzly bear
Is on the prowl
It’s famished
Looking for fish or fowl

It’s hungry
And wants to eat
A very tasty
And succulent treat

The mighty bear
Goes up the mountain
It wants salmon
It needs the protein

The stream is full
Of huge salmon fish
The bear eats them all
So delish

The bear discovers
A bee hive in a tree
It’s a feast of honey
The bear is happy

It soon lays down
For a long winter’s sleep
It shall hibernate until spring
A slumber so deep
