Down in the Dumps

As weak as can be
Have almost no energy
Filled with lethargy

Fatigued and feeling low
Full of woe
Not feeling apropos

Stuck in a deep depression
Have poor digestion
Poor perception

My stomach growls
My face scowls
My spirit howls

I long to run and play
But I’m stuck in dismay
Can’t do much today
