I entered
The carriage
I was new
To marriage
We went
At a slow pace
The cool autumn air
Caressed my face
We traveled along
The country road
Passing quaint farms
We even spotted a toad
We had afternoon tea
At the grand hotel
Biscuits were eaten
I shared the gospel
A husband and wife
Repented and turned
From their sins that day
Eternal life they received
We were soon
Back home
I began reading
A good tome
