I Am Whole

I am the picture
Of mental health
Intellectually speaking
I have great wealth

I take my meds
Each and every day
They help me function
In every way

I deal with psychosis
And delusions too
Hallucinations
I do eschew

I see my nurse
And doctor all the time
They help me a lot
I now feel sublime
