Spring

A gentle rain falls
The joyful bluebird calls

On the tulips
Fresh dew drips

Above flies a crow
Where it’s going I don’t know

The air smells fresh and clean
Everywhere I see green

How I love spring
Great joy it does bring

Now I’ll return home
And enjoy a good tome

I am in awe of God’s creation
My springtime walk was a revelation
