I am a noble knight
I have great might
Dragons I shall slay
I’ll live to see another day
Damsels in distress
I will address
I’ll live in a castle grand
In Ireland’s green land
I traveled to Jerusalem
Where I slayed many a Muslim
I yelled “Deus Vult”
The Saracens were in revolt
I charged forth on my white steed
My sword was badly in need
Finally, I returned home
No longer did I need to roam
I got married to a beautiful Irish lass
We lived in peace until she did pass
Soon I’ll be with Jesus forever more
My life was grand and full of lore
