Down in The Dumps

I have no energy
I’m full of lethargy

I am not okay
I’m full of dismay

I lay in bed all day
I have nothing to say

I long for strength and vigor
I am a sad figure

I have nothing to do
Activities I do eschew

I will lay in bed and read a tale
I am tragically like a beached whale
