I Feel Depressed

Today I feel depressed
I won’t get dressed

I’m down in the dumps
I’ll have to take the lumps

Motivation I lack
I’m under a mental attack

I have no interest in anything
I long to laugh and sing

Melancholy and fatigue rule the day
I am full of dismay

I struggle with fatigue and lethargy
Having energy would be heavenly

In bed, I lay like a beached whale
So ends my sad tale
