My Life

Lifting my arm
It is a difficult task
I suffer from fatigue
I wear a sorrowful mask

I have fibromyalgia pain
All over my body
My physical health
Is rather shoddy

I suffer from
Spinal stenosis
As well as
Acute psychosis

I have
Major depression
It’s a real challenge
I take psychiatric medication

I also have anxiety
It is no fun
My mind is constantly
On the run

Racing intrusive thoughts
Plague me
Someday I will
Be totally free
