There is nothing like
The excitement of Christmas morning
While Mommy and Daddy are snoring
My sisters and I
Wake up at dawn
Today Christ was born
We get our parents
Then begin opening gifts
Outside are snowdrifts
Our gorgeous Christmas tree
With its blinking colored lights
Such beautiful sights
A mountain of gifts
Awaited us to open
We tore into them before a word was spoken
We feast on fruit cake
And sip hot cocoa with whipped cream
The holiday magic feels like a dream
On the radio
We hear Christmas songs
People are listening by the throngs
Finally, I curl up
In my warm bed
While dreams of Christmas swirl in my head

I love our Christmas times together with you and Tanya! Dad and Mom too! I’m sure we will always have Jesus and His love for us! I have joyful memories of our Christmas morning and the Christmas tree with all of the dazzling lights!
