The Last Trumpet

The trumpet
Shall sound
What happens next
Is very profound

The dead in Christ
Shall rise
They shall fill
Up the skies

Next, believers
Will be caught up
Our glorified bodies
Will develop

We shall be with Christ
For eternity
With our own eyes
Him will we shall see

The Church will attend
The marriage supper
Of the Lamb
We shall no longer suffer
