The Truth

I heard
The death knell
When mankind
Fell

Adam was
Our federal head
When he sinned
We would all be dead

Original sin
Touches every man
But God provided
A redemptive plan

Christ was
Our propitiation
The spotless Lamb
Who grants us salvation

We are in Christ
A new creation
This is cause
For jubilation

We share the gospel
During the day and night
This precious truth
Is out of sight
