On a cold December morn
Christ Our Savior was born
He came to earth to save mankind
Trust in Him, the truth you will find
His mother Mary
Was a pious teenager verily
She was overshadowed by the Holy Ghost
And bore Christ
He is the reason
For the Christmas season
Christ redeemed the sons of earth
These elect souls He gave a second birth
When a person is regenerated
Then they get faith and repentance bestowed
At Calvary, Christ the Savior was crucified
Through faith alone, man is justified
Death could not hold Christ at all, you see
On the third day, Sunday, He rose totally
Christ defeated death, Satan, and sin
For the elect, Christ is our propitiation
