My Struggle

I am out of touch
With reality
I confuse fact
With fantasy

My delusions
Are strong
My brain chemistry
Is often wrong

I am in
A deep melancholy
I have no motivation
I don’t feel jolly

I suffer
From delusions
I hear voices
I have hallucinations

I take medication
Every single day
I try to avoid stress
I keep the demons at bay
