Faith in Action

My thoughts are troubled and disjointed
But this too was appointed

I need not fear
For God is near

As close as my very heart
He promised to not ever depart

So amidst the mental chaos, I am calm
God’s Word is a soothing balm

Everything will be ok for me
Because Christ set me free
