In autumn
My big sister
Vi and I
Went to our
Log cabin
In the
Laurel Mountains
The trees
Had a gorgeous
Array
Of colored
Leaves
Red, brown
Yellow, pink,
And orange
I sat by
The nice warm
Fire in our
Fireplace
I read Scripture
While sipping
A mug of coffee
I was humbled
By my wretched
Sinfulness
And in deep
Gratitude
To Christ
For saving me
Vi and I
Had
A piece
Of pumpkin pie
With whipped
Cream
She made
Delicious
Butternut
Squash soup
I gobbled it up
We listened
To some
Nice music
Classical
And 1980s music
We fell asleep
Dreaming of
Thanksgiving
And the feast
We’ll have

Aww! This is such a darling poem! I feel special that you wrote a poem about me and you! My dear brother!
