My Journey to Better Health

I’m losing weight
Every day
Soon I shall be like Adonis
In every way

I drink water
Both night and day
It fills me up
Without delay

I desire to be
Healthy and fit
All day in my chair
I cannot sit

Currently, I have
A big belly
One day I’ll be slim and trim
And so happy

I love drinking water
Every hour
Without it, my health
Would be dour

I walk outside
With my rollator, you see
I enjoy the sunshine
And scenery

I want to glorify God
Every single day
My body is a Temple of the Holy Spirit
With me, He will stay
