Darkness falls
On the men of Earth
They need a second birth
Once they walked with God
In the Garden of Eden
Then they did sin
After eating from
The forbidden tree
They faced misery
From henceforth
They were expelled
Sin in them dwelled
We inherited this sin
It touches every man born
A loss of innocence they did mourn
But sin and death did not win
The Word of God we heard
God sent Christ, the living Word
At Calvary Christ bled
He died for us
Christ was faultless
On the third day
Christ rose from His grave
It is man He came to save
Repent of your sins
The Gospel you’ll believe
And salvation you shall receive
So spread the Good News
Wherever you go
Whether fast or slow
