A Winter Flight

I take flight
On a cold winter’s night

I sail through the air
Without a care

Down below
I see a canopy of snow

I race up and down
All over town

I perch on a pine tree
It feels Christmassy

I rest on a creche so bright
I see the light

It is Christ the Lord’s birthday
I sing His praises today
